Could you honestly say that exercise alone has cured your depression?

Exercise cures normie depression. It doesn't cure clinical depression, don't be absurd.

No, still sad as shit but I've had my come to Jesus moment. Fixing shit from the ground level. I'm sick of being miserable. Can't fix those past mistakes, so I'll own them and carry on.

I feel better when i'm exercising, but i've noticed that i'm mostly absolutely miserable on my off days or when I get home. This never used to happen, I don't know if it's because i'm unemployed or what

enjoying time with other will make you feel a whole lot better.
Just got back from paintballing with some guys and it was great. Haven't had that much fun in a long time

I feel good while exercising and about and hour afterwards but then I return back to my normal state.
