I'm just okay at Bench desu mate, we all start somewhere. My DL is awful in my opinion though, I feel I should be doing atleast 10kg more.

It might also be a form issue. You DO have an appropriate back arch, yes?

It COULD be a "you don't eat enough" issue too. While that would usually cause the other lifts to stall as well, the presses will almost always stall before squats and deadlifts.

Don't forget that you are supposed to switch to 5x3 (or 3x5 I've seen it both ways) after so many deloads. I didn't and was wondering why my progress had gone down so much.

If you don't want to do a deload just swithc to 5x3 for that lift. You should keep making progress. 5x5 for an LP eventually runs out about where you are. You should be able to take 5x3 for a while.

Jeez I didn't know. I thought the point of that conversation chain was telling the guy how imbalanced our lifts were? The bench is the lift I work at the most because I suck at it. And I still fucking suck at it. Squats and deads build totals though, so I'd rather have strong legs and weak arms than the other way around. It's very embarrassing and I'm working on it constantly. But I'd rather think my squat and dead is way too big for my bench!
