best way to get a good body is to have a proper diet.
60% carbs
30% portein
15% fat

make sure to eat plenty of fruits since they are natural and good for you. before going to the gym eat alot of pasta or bread, the simple carbs will get digested faster and give you more energy to lift/build muscle.

Ketones are toxic, keto will overwork your kidneys.
Also, keto is expensive. As a poorfag, I'd rather count calories and fill up my carb macro with lentils (cheap, lots of fiber, and also some protein).
