Been sitting on my computer for about 5 hours now waiting for the motivation to go lift. Even tried walking around a bit to warm up but no effect.

Then just take a break, m8. It won't hurt in the long run. You'll just take a break those days you don't feel motivated. Like after a long day at work, or maybe when you wake up and feel a little out of it. Or perhaps you're going out with some buddies later and don't want to burn yourself out. Maybe it's the weekend and you deserve to cool down. Perhaps you had such a good workout the last time, you don't really need it this time. Just stay in front of your computer and talk to all the nice people on this turkish chicken farming forum instead. It's just this once after all.

I had a good workout too, I benched lmao1plate for reps for the first time, so I feel really good. I'm almost out of skinny fat mode.
