The fuck?
If you want to put down a snack, I'd say root vegetable chips. At least you're getting a lot of vitamin A and some C as well. I don't know about all brands, but the one I get from Aldi has something like 60% vitamin A per serving and it's twice as crunchy as a regular potato chip.

My mom buys those, literally the same calories per serving as cheetos or fritos with the same serving size. Might as well eat chips that actually taste good

0g fat, 2-3 g fiber per serving, helps with upset stomach, salt helps keep electrolytes in balance...
Not to mention they're bland and don't taste like shit

nuts can sneak up on you real fast if you're not careful. 1 cup of pistachios is near 700 calories whereas 1 cup of popcorn can be as low as 20 calories. If you need an extra crunchy snack on a cut, I'd go w popcorn. Still even a low calorie bag of popped corn is going to put you back 200 calories, so its best just not to snack

i don't get why people don't weigh their food when they're on a cut. measure, at the very least.

I'd say that is being careful

>spinach
I could shove a small amount of kale in my mouth and get a crapload more vitamins, fiber and protein than what spinach would do.

meh, slightly more cals and doesn't taste as good imo. also more expensive.
not worth the (honestly not that significant) difference.

yeah but kale and spinach taste very different
