Those are starting to get old since I haven't tested PRs in a long time. I don't do heavy front squats since I do them at the end of my workout where I'm already tired and I gave up pendlay rows for chinups.

I'm similar (well my deadlift is still higher than my squat, but only by 10 kilos).

If my squat was to ever overtake my DL i'd probably switch to sumo stance.

20 y/o 5'11 155 lbs ex spooky mr skeletor

Started "lifting" at 13 but basically fucked around and kept stopping and picking it up again till about a year ago

Been doing a linear progression (Esp for deadlifts) PPL routine for the last month or so. Also on a bulk

Deadlifts are weak because I never really bothered to do the exercise never realizing how important they are to complement squats and only picked up the slack about two months ago
