I lift ppl 6 days a week. Gym is closed on saturdays. I will change to a better gym soon and throw in cardio on 7th. On average i miss 1/2 a days training for bullshit a week so there will be some rest in there.

Stepping it up to 5 times, might squeeze in running for cardio for 6. Trying to juggle this with work, gf and interests such as music, borderline alcoholism and friends.

So far so good brehs. Enjoying it while it lasts.
