Whenever I see food in the supermarket that I know is bad for me I consider buying it but always end up leaving it for the sake of jewing and health. And I feel good about that.
Fuck, I even have ice cream in my freezer that I could easily eat and maintain my deficit but won't because I'm just not hungry and don't feel like eating it.

Pretty good I must say. I do have to ask though, is a 1500 caloric deficit too much? I excerise everyday and don't count those calories burned either. For the first 10 days or so I felt fine, now I feel tired and hungry all the fucking time. I think I'm starting to figure it out. I bulked last year to like 190 and started cutting a couple months ago. Down 5 pounds but bodyfat is down much more just by looking in the mirror. Abs are starting to come in (which I've never had before). I tried mixing in a half hour/hour on the treadmill then trying to lift but it's fucking impossible. I've started going into the gym twice a day. The first for strictly lifting and the second for strictly cardio. The cardio at the end of the day is nice for me -- helps sleep better

I've been cutting since October, and I told myself I won't get back on maintenance until I'm at least 10-12%.

Never had abs, never been as lean as I am now (16% or so), no idea how much longer it takes. Maint is 2700-ish, I'm eating 1800-2200 and walking 30min 3x days, lifting 5x

I feels like the Sisyphus of cutting over here

Was really good but I fucked up the past 2 days.

Down 35lbs total, 190 -> 155. Eating 1500cal/day no exercise for the past 2 weeks. I originally started at 250lbs.

Ordering DNP even though I don't really need it, will take a low dose at 250mg/day until I'm sub 10% BF. Once I get the DNP I'm gonna hit the gym once every 2 days, so every other day.

I'm like 90% done with my fat loss, I'm even starting to see the striations of my muscles even though I'm still fat as fuck. I've also discovered that what I eat and how much I eat determines what my mood is. Interesting. Right now I feel like shit because I've already ate 1/2 of the calories I'm allowed to have for the day and the only "good" food I can eat that I have at my house is eggs and protein powder.

Once I'm finally cut and actually looking good I'll feel so much better

Lost 3 kg in a week by eating at a 500 cal defect and going jogging in the morning.

Then between me working late, it pissing down rain in the morning (I'm talking mini-monsoon), and the day I pulled my hamstring, I couldn't jog for about a week, and now I'm back where I started, and I've been stuck there for about 2 weeks.

Results have been good for being 3 weeks into short cut to shred. Having almost depression at night stopping myself from binge eating.

Just save it or enjoy it in moderation. My grandma always makes me my favorite type of cake whenever I come in town (Pineapple Upside Down). I always plan for one slice and then take the rest home. I share with my roomies or family and dump out what I can't eat.

Been at it for a week now. Gone from 89kg to 83-84kg today. Considering I have actually eaten this week that would be water-weight, right?

Started a few days ago. 190 down to 187 going from 3200 to like 1900 cal per day. Some is likely water weight, but I'm likely gonna cut down to six pack level. My strategy is to eat 3-500 cal for breakfast, 1000 mid-day, and 5-600 right before bed. Also got back to ON gold standard because it's way easier to hit protein levels that way.

I'm looking for bulk/cut advice.

I started the gym in august and did SS. I had good progression first 3 months and ran into a wall after that. In hindsight my form was overall pretty bad, and I wasn't taking training seriously enough.
Anyway, after 2 more months of no progress, I switched over to some 5-day strength/bodybuild routine. I did that for a monrh with some gains.
I got a bit bigger, but not much stronger.
I feel that strength thraining is where I get my enjoyment out of, and want to switch back to it by started the advanced SS routine.

Problem is: I'm pretty skinnyfat. I ate for an SS bulk, without actually getting stronger. So now I'm sitting at 85kg, about 20%BF, with a 2pl8 squat, 2.5 pl8 deadlift, 80kg bench and 42.5 kg press.
I know I don't have enough muscle to do a real cut, but I also don't want to get really fat when starting advanced novice SS.
So what should I do? Get back to bulkng with good form and progress this time? Or do you guys recommend I cut first, but stay at my shitty lifts in the meantime?

TLDR: I fucked up SS and got fat with little gains. Continue bulk, or cut first?
