Aside from all the fat. Still work in progress.

Are my shoulders too small? Does my chest look disproportional? My max bench is 275, so I don't think I'm slacking there. Looking for critiques.

5'9, 185 pounds, 30 years old

Well good to know my susuctions about my shoulders weren't just in my head.

It's been about 4-5 months since I did any OHP. Used to cap out at 175lbs until I snapped something. Something something nerve, something spine, something pain running down my shoulder whenever I turn my head. Still hurts, even though I've been going to physical therapy, but it should be good enough to start doing stuff again.

Nothing is wrong with your body. Continue what you're doing, but make sure you are going overhead press, and pull-ups/chin-ups to keep your upper body in proportion with you hips. You'll be Bolo-Mode one day.
