For those of you that lift in the evening, do you eat dinner

This is what I've been doing as well, but I'm thinking about eating beforehand from now on. It seems like a belly full of dinner would make for easier lifting.

it won't, at least for me. having a big meal sitting in your stomach while you workout is one of the worst feelings lol

After but I also do cardio and running after eating a full meal is suicide

After because if I do it before, I often get fatigued after eating and might get nauseous/throw up if I lift too hard

No reason foe dinner first other then im hungry when i get home
