How often can you do pullups? I have a pullup bar at home but I don't know how to sync home workouts with gym work outs
I lift two times a week, both full body workouts. I don't want to cuck my gains from those sessions. Could I just do them every day?

I do them daily. 4 sets of 6. Bodyweight. I used to have trouble doing 3 a day so I kind of measure my progress by how many more I can do per week.
I do them either once a week or twice.
3xF; once I reach 15 on all 3 sets I'll go weighted
Everyday or at least four times a week, it depends. I do 3x10

Here's what I think. After reading tons of shit about it. If you want a set number of reps per week don't go over 30-60. So you can do 3x10 on mon and rest two days then go again. Do all your back workouts on the same day.
