These are Japanese Giant Hornets, they're about 2 inches from head to tail. Look at the ground closely. Notice how it's made out of dead bees.

The Japanese honey bee has evolved a defense stratergy against hornets, where 500 bees pile on the hornet and start to vibrate, which eventually kills the hornet by overheating it.

These are european honey bees, they can't do anything and each hornet can kill around 40 bees per minute
