Like what others have said, its fine for beginners and much more than the average person nowadays considering scoob's program involves body weight training and cardio.

The intermediate program he has goes into a 5 day routine.

Strength training and bodybuilding 3 times a week is the minimum but its enough... 4 is recommended...
If you're a runner than 5x a week is recommended but ideally every day is what you need to be doing with a day off or two a month

Yes, 3x/week full-body is best for a natty beginner. Once you can rep 2/3/4 or so, maybe think about moving on to 4x/week upper/lower+accessories (so upper/lower/rest/upper/lower/rest/rest).

Then maybe once you're up to 3/4/5 you can think about doing p/p/l but that's basically only optimal for advanced nattys.

If on gear, p/p/l is probably best or brosplit.
