I need some keys to jumping weight fast I maxed out on bench the other day 315 and I want to hit 400 before June any tips.Also been using this supplement .

since you max at 315 try this.

Warm up 135. 3 reps

220 2 reps
240 2 reps
280 2 reps
300 2 reps
320 2 reps

work your way up each week.


this ladder up process helped me go up around 60 - 80lbs on my bench and it is what the weight lifting instructor in my high school taught us around 13 years ago.

Get muscle tech(I think) whey from Costco website . Like 40-50 bucks for a 6 lb bag iirc plus it's pure whey isolate without added metal shavings in it like your pic.

Maybe if he had absolutely terrible bench technique currently and started working with somebody good to correct it, plus ate like a beast.

If his bench technique is already reasonable and its just a matter of building more mass and strength? Good chance he wouldn't hit it by next june.
