I need some keys to jumping weight fast I maxed out on bench the other day 315 and I want to hit 400 before June any tips.Also been using this supplement .

280 2 reps
300 2 reps
320 2 reps
work your way up each week.
this ladder up process helped me go up around 60 - 80lbs on my bench and it is what the weight lifting instructor in my high school taught us around 13 years ago.

Maybe if he had absolutely terrible bench technique currently and started working with somebody good to correct it, plus ate like a beast.
If his bench technique is already reasonable and its just a matter of building more mass and strength? Good chance he wouldn't hit it by next june.
Unless you weigh like 300 pounds and 315 was part of your newbie gains, youre not getting 405 by june
