How bad is smoking for my gains ? I smoke less then 4 per day btw

Smoking inhibits nutrient absorption, and wrecks your lungs and heart, among other negative things. I used to lift and smoke. But I finally quit being a degenerate and stopped smoking. Not only do I feel much better/more energetic, but all my lifts improved. Don't be a cuck and pay a corporation to slowly kill yourself.
