Anyone have a good weightlifting program for bball?
Currently on 5x5 and my numbers atm (while cutting) are:
Squats - 255 5x5
Deads - 325 3x5
Bench - 225 5x5
OHP - 135 5x5
Pendlays - 165 5x5
This is at 205 lb 20% bf 5'10".
Wanting to tailor my workouts more towards basketball now as I plan to start playing again.

You sound plenty strong for basketball as it is. Kevin durant couldnt eveb bench 135 when he was drafted and hes top 3 on the planet.
To be better at basketball, play basketball. Dribble more with ur weak hand, shoot 50 mire jumpers per day, etc. I'd say continue lifting cos that will help with ur cut. If you get lighter you'll get faster which can only help.

Bench, dead, press, power cleans and front squats
5x5 for everytthing. Eat like a king in the off season. Do your sprints and box jumps. Easy. This applies for almost all sports
