Sup /fit/

I did a deload week since I failed 110kg bench 3x3.
Today I want to start building up from 100kg 5x5 again and failed miserably on the 3rd set. The incline Dumbell press also feels heavy as fuck. The fuck is going on, should I just continue to try and the strength will come back? Or was the deload week and not enough? I did almost nothing that week.I'm not cutting btw.

u got it wrong. You should have reset 5x5 with 93-95kg... also if you are reaching natty limits for linear progression you should consider drop some volume. 5x5 is stupid if you want recover faster.

Should just drop the weight to where you can do a solid 3 x 8 or 3 x 10 and just work your way up with 5lbs every workout. That is what I did for squats except I added 10lbs and did 5 x 10. Next workout I will be back at where I stalled last time (265 3 x 5) for 255 for 5 x 10. Only took a little over 1.5 months.
