First amateur MMA fight is booked for December(135lb, walk at 160) I want your guys thoughts on the conditioning I've been doing.
2 days per week: Running 10km, Sprinting 100m once every lap on the track(during the 10km), and jumping rope for 15min after the running and sprinting
2 days per week run 5km
I also train strength 4 days per week,
I train 4-5 days per week for MMA(BJJ/wrestling and Muay thai/boxing) I'm a 3 stripe blue belt in BJJ, have had 5 amateur muay thai fights(4-1,1KO) and 10 amateur boxing matches(7-3, 4KO), and wrestled 4 years varsity in highschool(45-30, 37pins).
Do you guys think I'll die?

Kettlebell work is part of strength sessions.
I do kettlebell(20kg) swings/snatches for 3 5min rounds after my lifting.

The game plan is to use my striking to get into a clinch or work a shot. I've been grappling for about 11 years and striking for about 3.

you should be doing SS + GOMAD
Keep up the aerobic stuff but maybe throw in kettlebells
swings and snatches for reps with jumping rope between sets
>>36452149
and hip hinge style swings, not the crossfit shit
>>36452129
funny thing is that is what I first did when I started lifting. 1 gallon of whole chocolate milk every day and starting strength

swings are done after squats and deadlifts.
I jump rope about 15min everyday 5-6days a week

4chan isn't a great place for advice.

Go longer & do more, probably the best lifting exercise for mma
>>36451880
Do you ever get anxious in a fight? I've been working through some of my anxieties and wonder how boxers and fighters do it.

Honestly I play my on my DS for about an hour before I warm up and as I'm warming up I just listen to calming music. I personally find japanese(usually vocaloids) music to calm me the most, I don't listen to it any other time.
find a kickboxing coach and start working on it asap because all the best UFC guys right now have a non telegraphed roundhouse along with the other 3 main karate kicks (side, front and back)

My stiking coaches have black belts in TKD and in Koei-Kan Karate.
I'll admit I'm not amazing at incorporating them into my thai game but I'm getting better every session
