Can we have a Vegan before and after thread?
Post your muscle gains after switching to a superior Vegan diet.
>inb4 ppl say say the before pic is the after one
Also, my acne cleared up, my energy levels increased, my mass increased, and my lifts went up in the gym. Been on it for 4 months now. I still have cheat meals once a week - once every two weeks that include meat products. But generally, it's all Vegan. You jelly meat eaters?

Looking good man.
Heres my current progress, been a vegan for about 5 years and i've definately left humanity behind. Animal killers will never feel these type of gains.
>>36440357
so you went from a skinny twig to a fuller muscular gentlemen? Good for you! Keep them coming lads!
>>36440297
fuck off vegan lettuce munching rabbit faggot
what are some calorie dense vegan food. i find Gaining weight on a vegan diet is tough
>>36440447
Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Gluten Free Pasta, Lentils, Beans, Almonds, Wal-nuts, Flakseeds, Bananas. And FYI. People gain weight eating a 'meat' diet because they generally eat like shit and gain fat. Good luck gaining excess unneccesary weight on a Vegan Diet. And you can only gain roughly 5-7lbs a year of lean muscle. That is a fact.

I feel sorry for the lighttwins. They stutter, have skinny bodies, and try and piggy back off Vegan

So one faggot is same fagging his own thread and posting pictures that aren't him.
Typical vegan thread.
Out of curiosity why is there so much vegan stuff on /fit/?
If it's for moral reasons I get it, but if you're doing it because you think it will make you hit goals faster then I have some serious doubts.

Mostly trolling

>Vegans actually believe this bullshit
Eating meat and not getting fat is pretty easy if you're not a complete imbecile.
>>36440614
It's all trolling, m8. You can't get big eating a strict vegetarian diet, it's basically impossible to control your macros and still get enough complete protein (all the essential aminos in sufficient quantity and the right ratios). Also you can tell these idiots are trolling because 'vegan' is a lifestyle choice that includes being a strict vegetarian, it's not just a diet, they don't even know what they're talking about. There's literally no physiological reason to be a strict vegetarian, we're evolved as omnivores, and thrive more eating some meat. Don't fall for the bait.
>>36440480
>low quality bait
It's impossible to properly control your macros eating a strict vegetarian diet, you end up a fat pig from too many carbs and/or too many total calories attempting to get enough complete protein, all your essential aminos in the right ratios, if you're bodybuilding. That's why vegans are always so skinnyfat and weak and have cognitive deficit problems: malnutrition. Also 'vegan' is a complete lifestyle, not just a diet, so there is no such thing as 'being on a vegan diet', it's 'strict vegetarianism', but you silly escapees from /b/ wouldn't know that, you're too dumb. Try eating some meat until your brain works properly.
>>36440592
Honey isn't vegan.
>>36441120
Wtf? I'm not vegan but you're highly misinformed. You can get big. Vegans literally can get all sources of protein and the complete ones. Tofue, beans, lentils, breads, quinoa, even vegan protein powder.
Plus carbs are easy to eat so 3000-4000 kcal of food is nothing to digest. Not to mention the crazy fiber they get.
Vegans can be incredibly healthy but so can omnivores. I eat shit tons of veggies and plant based foods but I still eat chicken , beef, pork

>>36440297
Pic related is how i looked like after 4 months of lifting.
Dont misinterpret though, these were my first 4 months of lifting. I was vegan way before i started hitting the gym. So all my gains were 100% vegan.
I was a vegan at that time.
>>36442489
Same, people can't even macro and then blame others because they're too stupid to do it themselves
>>36440351
>I'M A VEGAN

It's more like twenty to twenty five in your first year actually, but I guess if you're a low protein and low fat vegan then it makes sense that yourv gains would be a quarter to a fifth what they should be.
>>36442489
>43g fat
Post lifts and body.
