ITT: post small exercises you do everyday or almost everyday that have made a difference to that muscle group.

I started doing 100 wrist curls broken down into about 6/7 sets this week. Just experimenting to see if it'll increase forearm strength

Calf raises and stomach vacuums. Thankfully I have a standing desk in my office so I can do raises and ab vacs all day.

I do these weird forearm things that I don't know the name of about three times a week. They come from boxing training, basically I hold my forearms up and move them sort of back and forth in front of my body. When my hands are as far from my chest as they can be without straightening my arms out my fingertips are apart, my hand kind of looking like a kid making a hand pepper shout, when my hands are close in to my chest, my fingertips are together, like a kid making a dragon hand puppet or something.
Not sure if I explained it well.
Either way I do about 150-200 of those after weights a few days a week.
