I can't do legs and cardio on the same day. I prefer to do it with upper body. Need my legs to have that ATP so I can focus on just running as much as I can. I should probably start doing cardio on leg days too tho.

I do a medium workout before work every day, and usually will go with my friends after work and on the weekends

I have no real routine. Usually just work whatever isn't sore( chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders, legs. Etc.)
