Upped my working set to a 200lb squat for 5x5. Pretty proud, I feel like that's not bad for me personally.

In the past few weeks I've done the following
>hit 300 dead for 1 rep
>hit 2plate squat for 5x5
>hit 1plate bench for 1x5
>hit 100lb ohp for 1x5
I know it's weak as fuck but as a lifelong skele, it's finally nice to hit some nice benchmarks.

Live in a big city in Europe. On /fit/, everyone is at least 1/2/3/4. Couple of DYEL like OP here and there but what gives? I myself is a DYEL with only lmao2.5 plate squat for 10 and I get told I'm strong at my gym all the time.

What is /fit/'s take on this? Why do you think there's a discrepency between internet stats and real life experience? Surely, people do no come to a vietnamese basmati rice appreciation image board just to lie? Maybe the are comparing every lifter to and elite lifter like Rubish etc?

Went to the gym yesterday in the afternoon, expected it to be hella busy.
It was, but just as I was finishing up, I noticed that the squat rack was completely unoccupied.
Wasn't gonna do legs, but damned if I didn't take advantage of that.
