What is a good weight for a 5'8-5'9 girl?

not sure how this compares to females, but as a guy i was 135lb at 5'9" and I looked deathly ill.
a friend of mine is about the same height but probably 120lb, he looks like he has nothing on him

Ex gf was 5'8", hourglass-shapped, DD tits, never exercised. Weighed 135.

Current gf 5'9", slender, A tits, toned cardiobunny. Weighs about 125.

So a good weight is almost certainly under 140 unless you have an unusual amount of muscle and a naturally voluptious figure on top of that, but much less than 115 or 120 seems like it would be unhealthy.

My gf is 130 @ 5'5 but she could lose a few pounds not much though. So around 140 i guess.

Grills can get a lot thinner than you'd expect before they start looking boney, I know a grill who's 105lbs at 5'6 and she just looks like a normal thin grill except her waist is much smaller, she still has tits and ass

Muscle is really fucking heavy senpai, a grill who lifts can weigh drastically more than a grill that doesn't despite the two of them looking similar because although they may both have 12 inch arms the arms of grill who lifts will be 80% muscle and 20% fat whereas the arms of the grill who doesn't lift with be more like 70% muscle and 30% fat, in contrast grills that don't lift can weigh very little but still look skinnyfat due to the lack of heavy muscle

I'm no scientist but I think bone density can make a difference. I've seen people who look nearly identical have a big weight difference.

I figured it out because my ex always weighed like 15 lbs more than she looked like she did. I could see her ribs and she was still getting mad at the number on the scale.
