What kind of supplements do you guys take?
As of now I take fish oil, vitamin D, and B12
I've heard pretty good things about ZMA, maca and Ashwaganda.
do anyone of you guys take that if so is it worth it?

tried a lot of things for a while then realised it's probably all BS and now just take fish oil and vitamin d as those are the only two which have substantial scientific evidence for being helpful

Been off my multi for like a month and definitely feel less sharp and more mental clutter overall, take more time to come up with a decent argument etc.
I don't think sups are that good lifting wise : if you are natural gains will be slow either you take them or not. But for mental gainz I would recommend them. Oh also a probiotics are nice.
In any case go for some decent ones, I've read that shitamins can even harm you. I was taking orange triad for a year and now will be taking life force.

They have vitamins in good form. If you want to take something else make sure that b12, zinc, magnesium and whatever else are the same as the two I mentioned.
