Speaking as generally as humanly possible, what does it take to unlock this mode? I'm skinny, no skelly tho, and just starting out (2 months - OHP: 30kg; Squat: 50kg; DL: 72.5kg) How many years does it take if I can be in the gym 3 to 4 times a week but not be on gear?
Lift 3-4 times a week. Eat like shit. Repeat for years That's about it really.

But how many years approx? Am mid-20s now and indeed eating like shit.
I guess my real question is: Is this achievable natty in, let's say, under or about 5 years?
I want to be a bear ;___;
>>36392873
yes, 5 years dirty bulk plus 3x week bro split
>>36392782
Eat whatever and lift. Have fortunate fat storage genetics so you don't get man boobs.
Wishing this was my goal body because already there from dreambulking
>>36393086
How long did it take you?
Also, pictures please
>>36392782
Eat at a 1000 calorie surplus for 18-24 months and lift as heavy as possible 4 days a week.
>>36392962
I don't think that this is the result of a brosplit.
>>36392782
have a certain set of genes (body hair, muscle insertions, frame), bulk up to 25-30% bf, lift a lot, never cut
>>36393098
It could be the result of any kind of routine.

Honest answer? Photoshop.
Better answer? Y'know those 70's big threads? Basically do what they said but bulk. Do barbell training, with emphasis on compound movements.
Basically eat and lift.
>>36393098
>>36392782
Correct. OP needs to do more strongman movements: odd objects loaded anteriorly, asymmetric lifts, and lots and lots of loaded carries. Sandbags and kegs straight up thicken that core. The dirty bulk just layers the slab of fat on top.
>>36393222
>thicken that core
this meme will never die, will it?
>>36392782
Bulk always and eternal anon
Neglect your body 3x10, 7 days a week until you're in your 30s
>>36392873
Give up being natty. You only have to do one or two cycles and you should be able to maintain the mass you get
>>36392782
It might be off-topic but... If you OHP 3/5 of your squat it means something is out of balance there. Work your legs or improve squat form.
What weight did you start your squats with?
>>36393967
My stats were higher. I squatted and OHP'd incredibly shitty for about 2 months (out of about 2 months total) then I was blown away by this one guys form. So today I reduced weight to the point where I could perform those exercises almost (my right leg turned inwards sometimes) perfectly, in my mind anyway. And those are the numbers. I started everything, except DL, at only the bar and increased by 2,5kg every exercise. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
