I just worked out my macros for cutting and it said I need to be getting 332g of carbs. This doesn't sound right.
Which is better high protein low carbs or high carb low protein?
I do 40/40/20 p/c/f.

maybe it's my job but i tried cutting on 1800 once and i literally couldn't even talk at the end of the day. even 2300 i still feel weak as fuck. it's not my first cut so i know 2500 is the right amount for me. to be honest i think you're maybe going too low. women cut on 1500 calories mate...

no not at all. first of all why would you cut at that weight/height ratio? also you need to up your fats by shitload. protein isn't too bad but i'd still eat AT VERY LEAST 150g a day if i were you, maybe a bit more just to be safe.

Lost a lot of mass after my bulk due to injury but still maintained some of the fat. I prefer physique over mass any day so I'm trying to get my abs back. I do have muscle so I'm not hungry skelly just ottermode. Then I will start gaining again

I cut on a lot of calories because of a physical job and I only get 268g in so yeah, seems like too much. Aim for like 168p, 80f, 240c. That's 2350 cals a day, which at your height if you're actually moving should be enough. Then again you're already thin, if 2350 is too much lower the carbs, not the rest.
168p / 80f is a minimum

what the fuck I'm 5'9" 160 and all the bullshit calculators said my 20% deficit was 2010 or something kcal. Been eating that for about 4 weeks and I'm hungry. Admittedly not losing the 1lb per week I am supposed to though.
what resources do you use? I'm afraid if i dumped another 500 off my intake id lose what little muscle i have
