green beans
broccoli
cucumber with oregano

>>

Lentils?
you can put lentils and beans in a vegetarian chilli if you want, throw some peppers in too.
Curry or Dhal for them.
could change the brown rice for a different carb if you don't like it, Buckwheat groats are nice, cheap and good nutritionally, also pearl barley can be thrown into a soup, or mixed with lentils in a pasta sauce for lasagna.
Loads of combinations m8y

Hasselbacked
Steamed and mashed with roasted garlic
Steamed and served pureed over soup
I make oven roasted fries occasionally but it's a bit of a pain to make in comparison to the other methods.

This happened to me too. Made them for a week and usually outside was mushy with some of the middle still being hard. I used to cut them in half but they fall apart once you try to take them out. Rice it is...

Get a giant tub of coconut oil from costco.
ITS 10K Of DELICIOUS CALORIES FOR 10$
Put a half cup of it in a pan on high.
Add any combination of sliced carrots, squash, zucchini, onion, garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers, hot peppers, snap peas, water chestnuts, asparagus, brocoli, and chicken if you eat meat.
Stir regularly until veggies soften just a little.
Add soy or tamari.
People need to eat more goddamn veggies.
>>
>>36348275
If you want gains you can eat it with bread or other carbs. It's definitely better for cutting though
