For the first time I used some apps to track my stats:
1:43:00 hours
11,2 km = 7 miles
tempo: 9:14 min/km
It was cold as fuck and my legs hurt so I walked back the way home. I was much faster in the beginning: ~8 minutes for a kilometre with some sprints in between (maybe even faster, didnt pay attention)
I am going to skip leg day, bros
mapmyrun says I lost 700 calories, while applewatch workout app says 1200 calories

I just looked around on mapmyrun and found this for my splits:
2km - 7:48 min/km
4 - 8:31
6 - 8:47
8 - 9:36
10 - 10:26
11,17 11:08
>mfw I was faster than I thought the first 2 kilometres
>tfw shin splints
>>36336228
Are you really fat? Because that basically averages out to a normal persons walking speed.
>>36336549
what about that:
>>36336316
rate and hate please
and nope not fat
8min/km is basically immobile.
>>36336316
most people walk faster than you run
>>36336583
it was cold, anon
and my legs felt kinda inflexible and hurt in the end
note to myself: do stretches
>>36336316
Uh...that's a 5k in 41:45
Or is my math wrong?
>>36336603
Don't mind the haters, nice work on your run brah. You must have decent endurance to go that far, most people get winded after a few miles
>>36336601
>this much bullying
what about the first 2 kilometres?
>>36336609
no, that's right
what does that say about me?
>>36336549
My city hosts a fairly popular annual 10km run (6.2miles). I did it many years ago, I was about 260-280lbs at the time and it took me 1h06mins. About 6mins 36seconds per km. I had hoped to be under an hour.
I'm currently around 320lbs and I could comfortably walk your time/distance.
You must be trolling right?
>>36336637
yeah, I noticed myself how I could have run more, I was not exhausted, my heart was not pounding like crazy
it was really an issue of my legs hurting.
I got some really bad cramps when I got home and stopped moving.
>>36336649
wew really?
I guess I really slacked off at the end. Havent run in a long time
>>36336646
>>36336649
You're so cool, anon : ) tell us more achievements
>>36336716
Oh, thanks anon for making me feel above average.
>>36336649
WHY DID YOU ADD ANOTHER SIXTY POUNDS YOU FUCKING MORON
Jesus man she could have crawled and not failed as hard as you.
What the fuck happened?
>>36336745
>above average
So you're a 55+ woman?
>>36336228
>tempo: 9:14 min/km
Did you just walk fast? You have to run you know.
>>36336778
oh that is miles right?
so 5 miles are 8 kilometres
which is 41:45 over all and 8:30 per mile
Is my math wrong?
>>36336814
In the end yes, I barely felt like extending my legs, bro.
>>36336840
Your pace is 13:26 per mile.
>>36336840
>can't run
>can't basic math
What CAN you do ?
>>36336853
>>36336868
Yeah you're right. 13:30 mintues
FUCK!
And I only ran 3 kms more.
How good is my excuse, bros?
>was cold as fuck and legs hurt and were kinda unflexible
>>36336759
Since 18 my weight has gone 325-220-365-250-365. That 10k was at 20. Now 26 and at 330. It's coming down again. Hopefully this time will be the one.
Training for a half-marathon in May. Trying to lift heavy and get strong too. It feels like these two goals are conflicting. Incorporating leg days into a running schedule is tricky but fuck it let's see what happens.
Also work a physical job, gonna be fit as fuark this summer.
Only ran 3.5 miles today though.
