Don't rely on motivation, treat going to the gym like a normal thing that you always need to do, like eating or sleeping. Motivation can run out, you simply need to incorporate it into your routine. I'm not necessarily whining btw faggots. I'm acknowledging my mistake. But I'm looking for ways to make this stuff a habit instead of a chore.
