Doing cardio and light dumbbell work the entire time btw. 6'6/198cm.

Any disadvantages to losing weight this fast? Done it once before (120->85kg) and didn't have any loose skin.

My 1rep max back in boot was 185lbs. So I'm sure I won't be back at the baseline before I entered. Then again I used a machine since injury, so I'll have to build up my stabilizer muscles

My local anytime fitness is a 4 minute jog from my house, it's also filled to the brim with cardio bunnies because there's a jets roid house about ten minutes away where all the serious lifters go.

180cm, 125kg, wanting to drop the 25kg and get to at least 100kg for my cousin's wedding in July.
I'm training every other day starting yesterday (today is rest day) so my TDEE should be around 3000kcal ?
As I have no self control while eating so I'm choosing the IF and mathematics approach. Assuming that burning 1kg of fat takes 8000kcal my total deficit over time would be 8000*25 = 200000 kcal. Stretched to the maybe 175 days I have that would be a deficit of 1142kcal to reach my goal, which puts me at around 1850kcal daily allowance. I feel fine eating 1500 cal with 22/2 or 21/3 IF, and as long as eating 1500cal isn't too taxing on the body it would mean I'll reach my goal 42 days earlier or lose around 8kg more. Going over the math again made me really motivated, can anyone either motivate me further or shit all over it so I know if it's possible or not ?
