I'm at 1/2/3/3.3 plates but my marathon is like 4 hours. I'm heavy as shit though I need to cut at least 20-30 lbs more

I am still far from it. My marathon would be 3h20 now and I am not even at 2 plates squat.
But yes being heavy and marathon are not easily compatible.

Used to be in shape, had a nervous breakdown and pussied out big time. I stopped working out to relieve stress and took up drinking too much and omfort-eating instead. Put on 40 lbs in 18 months. Thankfully, I'm not obese but like an idiot I still fucked myself over and have still morphed into a fat, chubby bastard.
I've dropped 12 pounds in 3 weeks (206 to 194) though - which I'm pleased with, but my weight loss seems to be dropping off at the moment though...

Right now I'm training for a competition that tests max deadlift, max chin-ups and max kb snatches in 5 minutes. I want to break a or in the deadlift (max is 365) and hit at least 15 chin-ups. I got 7 more weeks till the meet
After that just wanna cut and be ready for summer (13%bf right now)
