Still they look pretty BUT they have no big career. The can't lift heavy for that long and there is not much money in the sport. It's not like they play football where they earn millions a year and can retire with 25.
So they just have to do something for money/their future.
With their attention whoring they actually get fans and if they are popular enough they might get sponsored by some big fitness brand or sell their workouts/diets what ever to middle aged women and don't have to go back to some boring shitty job once they turn 30.
