you've clearly never had boiled chicken, if you've ever had canned tuna/chicken it's similar, but actually tastes fresh and without preservatives

spinach is goitrogenic
just replace it with some other vegetable most of the time and you'll be fine though
0.5lb of 90/10 ground turkey, 0.5 cup of rice, and a heaping handful of spinach either 2 or 3 times a day depending on how hungry I am that day. Rounded out with a protein shake

The only thing you're missing is probiotics. Add some yogurt/sauerkraut/kimchee/kefir to your diet or just buy some decent supplements off the web. Then you'll be golden.
I mix it up occasionally, but I've been eating:
>1 lb cottage cheese with a mashed banana
>200 grams of whey protein mixed with assorted juice: carrot/pineapple/celery/beet/orange/apple/spinach/cucumber
Jumping back on the wagon after falling back into obeastity - if you aren't over 30% body fat I wouldn't recommend a PSMF. 3 weeks in and I'm gucci - 15 pounds down, lifts all going up, feeling better than I have in a long time.
Bitch ass doctor told me I wouldn't be able to press again after severing my AC ligament. Now I'm putting 185 over head.
Also I smell great - something a fat dude generally can't claim.
