Hey /fit/ ever since I started bulking (went up 25 pounds since November) I've noticed a severe lack of energy lately. The past month actually I've been exhausted. So exhausted it messes with my workout schedule sometimes, does that have a direct correlation to my bulking? Has anyone else had this problem?
Fit pls
you're depressed go see a doctor

Nah man life is great. I'm just waking up after 7 hours and feeling physically tired, and staying that way most of the day
do at least 20 mins cardio a day

depression doesn't mean you're 'sad' or 'blue'
being fatigued/exhausted for no reason is a symptom of something, and given the demographics of the site depression is likely.
I've been eating 4-5000 calories a day, and yes, always tired when waking up unless I sleep like 12+ hours or haven't worked out in a few days... fucked up

How would that help?

How could a doctor help me? Anti depressants scare the shit out of me
>>35654556
That sucks man, feels bad

You are fatigued because you are eating like fuck and not getting enough exercise. Trust me the same shit happened to me when I started bulking, do 20 mins cardio a day, it will not affect your bulk and you will feel less tired.

Dude you're gaining too fast. 4-5000 calories is absurd, and 25 pounds in two months is fucking stupid. Are you trying to become obese?

You're mistaking me for this anon >>35654556
I was eating probably 2.5k calories a day to 3k, I stopped my bulk probably 1/2 a month ago. I went from 155 to 178 in 2 months.

Okay I'll do that tonight when I go thanks buddy really appreciate it. Yeah burgers aren't the most nutritional thing it there

Either way, gaining 23 pounds in 2 months is way too fast. Ideally you're only going to gain around 2 pounds of muscle a month, so .5 a week. You gained a lot of unnecessary fat bruh
Have you had a deload week?

What's your diet like? Also, cardio?
