What does /fit/ think of this:
http://www.doxtor.fit/2016/01/do-i-need-pre-workout-dangers-of-pre.html
>inb4 butthurt pre workout fags
He posted no citations in his argument. So it was an argument that was his thoughts on pre workout
The one part about artificial sweeteners with his one doctor who was in the article didn't provide any proof that he is a doctor or any links to any studies

Depends what you're doing and how bad your mobility is. Static stretching can reduce how much force you can produce... but if you can't reach the positions you need to be strong in, that's kind of irrelevant.
I don't know about killing gains but using pre workout sure killed my sleep quality. I used to take pre work out about 7-8 hours prior to bed time, but still it would fuck up my sleep patterns easily. I consume somewhat a lot of caffeine during the day normally and sleep just fine.

>tfw never used a pre workout supplement ever
