What is /fit/ opinion on siracha? Doesnt seem so bad? Can i use it while on a cut?
I put that shit on everything. For real. Low in calories, salt isn't too bad, flavourful.

Don't find it particulary tasty, but it's awesome in sauces and stews.
yeah you really don't need to be this intense about cutting unless you're a professional body-builder.
i know you're probably about 16-17 years old and you're just getting into the fitness lifestyle, you probably get most of your information from bodybuilding.com and their articles, etc.
you think you need to get chicken and broccoli every meal.
just try to get protein every meal, if you're cutting count calories, and make sure you train 4-5 days a week with intensity over the period of 3-5 years.
