come on you people, I want to know if I'm on the right track here.
Did you even read the sticky? It has a dinosaur running around how did you miss that?

so it's good then?
>>35526295
also, that dinosaur is really cool.
You guys really are no help. I just wanted to know if this routine was well composed overall. I read the damn sticky but a little confirmation wouldn't hurt.

If you read the sticky and lurked at all you'd know that the fit approved beginners programs are SS and less so SL. Go to the gym and start squatting.

I don't have access to a barbell or a gym.

>get a job
>join the gym
>slowly convert to homosexuality
>become a /fit/ regular
It's easy faggot.

I did 6months db / bodyweight routine at home before I started going to the gym and worked excellent. I gained 10kg muscle in the first 4 months and progressed from 0 pushups to 50.
Gym is irreplaceble mainly because of the barbell workouts - especially squats and diddylifts.
The routine in your link looks ok to me, but i the "leg workout" is bullshit imho.
Do this untill u gain confidence or monies for the gym then go big there.
