I've been lifting for a while and I noticed certain muscles twitch randomly like my right Tri cep is been twitching randomly all day. Sometimes my quad will just start twitch Idk what's going on. I've never had this problem before.

Basically; your muscles aren't used to consistently working out and they're adjusting to it.
I used to have it too, even when I lifted as well they would twitch like crazy. It's natural, nothing to worry about, OP
