Maybe if you miss a days worth of naps youd be fucked, But I went most days on a total of an hr of napping, maybe 90mins. Now that I'm getting back into lifting i might start doing it again; i dont like sleeping 1/3 of my life away. 6hrs of sleep interupts your REM cycle and 8hrs of sleep feels like a fucking coma
Dont get me wrong, you have to reset your circadian rhythym kinda, and it takes getting used to, and you need a nutritious diet. If youre feeling real btfo at the end of the week just sleep all saturday or sunday during your rest day.

Yes, he sais that he has fucked up knees and didn't train legs for years, but I have seen his other workouts on day 1 -3 too and it's nothing. Just 2 exercises with 4 sets for two muscle groups a day. Also he uses booster for that kind of workout, probably just to sell more but still.
