How to lose weight without counting calories!!

Eat 50-60% of your usual portion size.
Drink water like a motherfucker.
Introduce a daily 17 hour fasting window after your last meal.
Example - don't eat after 7:30pm, don't eat before 12:30pm the next day. Simple.
If you're hungry at night, try drinking water/coffee then brush your teeth straight away.
If you eat 3 x meals a day, make one of them OATS. Doesn't matter which one.
Now you only have two other meals per day to worry about.
Prioritize protein with every meal. If none on the plate, drink milk.
No soda. Drink only water, coffee, tea and milk.
Go to bed hungry.
Have 2 x snacks per day. Make one of them healthy...
Examples - Carrot sticks, cucumber, nuts, celery = all fucking good.
Take photographs of yourself every two-three weeks.
It's easier to see progress week by week, difficult to notice day to day.
Cook a large batch of two different foods to alternate throughout the week.
If you eat 3 x meals per day, now you only have one meal per day to worry about (the other is oats, remember?)
Pickles are a good snack. Buy them, eat them.
When you're sat around the house at night, keep your shoes on.
You're more likely to keep moving with them on.
Don't feel working out? Just put your workout clothes on anyway.
After a few mins wearing them, you might feel like doing it.
Lift weights 3 x week on non-consecutive days.
Alternate Bench Press / Overhead Press, Squats / Deadlift, Chin Ups / Pull Ups.
Add two other exercises you enjoy each session, I like Rows, Shrugs, Calf Raise, Abs.
Workout takes less than an hour.
Cardio On non-lifting days is optional, but recommended.
Jogging, jump rope or swimming. 20-30mins should do.

Counting calories not only gives you a much more accurate way of affecting your weight loss it gives you a greater appreciation of what calories are in certain foods.
