Does /fit/ do wrestler's bridges?
I realised that to look like a man i need to build a thick, strong, tight neck, and these seem like a pretty good exercise for them.

I don't think this is the best to start because first it is quite hard and you need a perfect technique, we are talking about neck injury here, you can die from it.

I wrestled for 7ish years, start on your hands and knees, then work up to just using your hands and neck for support. In the end you should be able to circle on your head and jump back and forth just balancing on your head.

also, start facing down, opposite of what the picture shows. neck gains will follow.

I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so yes.
wrestled 4 years in high school. yes they work, but there's a progression. you cant do what the OP pic is doing first day or you will snap your shit.
