My left hip is raised higher then my right hip. I think this has caused my left shoulder to be in pain during workouts due to imbalance. Is there any way I can fix this?

Will it actually lower the height of my hip?

maybe? i'm not a physio, i'm just telling you what fixed a glute imbalace in a guy i work out with.

Could be a weakness in your right hip or overly tight in your left hip. I would suggest strength exercises for your right hip adductors and some stretching for your left side.

Would a picture help determine what it is?

Better if I could see a video of you walking. But when you walk; does your hip hike up as well?

My walking feels normal to me. The lower left side of back usually hurts a bit. Always thought it was a lateral pelvic tilt but I'm not sure.
See my left hip is higher. Its mirrored so it looks like the right in the pic

Well that is good at least. I suggest some low back and psoas stretching. Hard to tell without doing an in person analysis. I can give you some ideas if you need them.

Have the exact same thing. Curious to hear ideas. I have been recommend to do suitcase holds, starting with the weakest side first, with a big emphasis on perfect posture

Sure that would help
Looks like minor/acute scoliosis maybe, it can sometimes be caused by sleeping on your side.

Is there any way to reverse this type of scoliosis if you have it? Pretty sure I have it from constantly leaning to the left at my computer chair for years

idk about scoliosis but I've got lumbar lordosis from sleeping on my stomach for years, and the treatment for that is just a bunch of stretches everyday. Look it up to see if it's a similar case for scoliosis.

The pic is what i use for psoas. For low back I just lay on my back and pull the legs towards chest. Like ya going to roll into a ball. Another idea would be a 15 min massage for your back/hip. Do a sport/deep massage.
