And here I thought stupid questions didn't exist. Why would any form of exercise be bad for your heart?

Lifting is good for you in every way. Unless you're a retard who doesn't know how to use weights. Bad nutrition and stress fuck you up, not exercise

Here's how I work out my heart, anon

>3x5 listen to soul
>3x5 hug mom and dad
>1x1 take gf out on date, once per week

Doing those will get you some heart gains
