Need help /fit/. I like lifting in the morning, basically right when my gym opens which is 8am.

I'm not sure what to eat for breakfast; i enjoy oatmeal but protein deficiency is a thing. So help me out, post some breakfast ideas so I don't die in the gym.

I'm not usually a morning dude, neither am I hungry in the mornings. So that's how I'd approach it. Coffee, sugar candies and protein supplement.
