Use custom goals with macros calculated from your TDEE. MFP has been known to give shitty caloric limits and the whole eating more cause you exercised isnt how you lose weight, you include exercise calories in your TDEE
1,500 cals is not fitness. You should eat a little over on lifting days and a little under on off days. Get strong and stop cutting on holocaust calories, total waste of your time, you can be cut later, get your lifts up
