To make it short, I'm 17 and I really don't like the shredded look, at least at my age. As it stands right now, I'm pretty athletic, not skinny-fat or anything. I would really like to lose as much fat as possible. I can go on just fine with eating 500 calories a day, as I'm pretty sedentary. However, I've been told sticking to this diet can cause a relapse in weight. I would really prefer to lose the weight through sheer food consumption and not exercise, but whatever /fit thinks will work best I'm down to try. Pic related, it's what I would want to look like
