Getting drunk after a trainingday essentially nullifies your effort.
Workout up until 2-3 days before a workout and workout the day after getting drunk as late as possible to minimize the damage you're doing. (This way your recovery will be almost complete before training and there will barely be any alcohol left in your blood by the time you are training again)
Alcohol is seriously a gainsgoblin in disguise. If you wanna get a similar effect experiment with phenibut, it won't get you to the the point total drunkness but replicates being tipsy pretty well, in the meantime having no negative effect on training and possibly even a positive effect through HGH increase.

No you dumbass, all you'll do is build up a tolerance to its good effects and end up chasing a shitty "high" until you run out and go through withdrawals.
If you want a legal downer drug to take for fun get a benzo RC, I don't want my phenibut to get banned because moron teenager starts taking an ounce a day and ends in the ER.
