How does /fit/ cope with keeping your routine over the holiday period? I'm having a hard time keeping my routine strict. I know majority of ppl here are neckbeards faggots with no hope of a social life (its mind AND body that need to change, faggots!), but I'm sure there will be a few serious brahs here.

What is your specific difficulty? Is your gym closed on days other than Christmas?
I just take a rest week because I'm not so pathetically autistic to think that 1 week once a year is the difference between skelly and xbox

Pretty simple actually. I didn't.
>went home to see senpai
>no gyms close by

>ate anything I wanted for 10 days
>gained 8lb
>lost 4lb already
No fucks given.

Just with all the activities that happen over xmas period. I guess I just fear breaking my routine as i see it every year. My gym loses at least 6 people to the xmas period. Any tips?

My entire family buys me nothing but fancy chocolates over the holidays. I can't resist
life is tough, kids in Africa have it easy, they don't need to worry about losing gains to christmas chocolates.
I ate a little more than usual. I'm lifting too tho. I've gained a little weight. I'll lose it again after the holidays are gone and people stop giving me free food.
Just chill, OP, you'll be alright.

Go to the gym before or after activities occur.
I go very early in the morning (5-6 am) before friends or family want to do anything. Alternatively, you could go very late at night.
