I look a lot like you OP, with narrow shoulders and long torso/arms.
It's not god tier genetics of course, but lifting weights has made me look 10 times better than I did as a dyel.
Also I bet your abs will look good with more muscle + less body fat.

Your hips are wide.
That is the only issue that cannot be fixed with time in the gym. Big shoulders and lats will help.
