Like 5-10kg difference. But i lifted 405lbs/180kg without belt with shitty sumo technique so the difference was huge. (160kg conventional with belt.)

Squatted twice my body weight at 320 pounds! i'm 6'2. still stalled at a 185 bench but i'm glad i did that before the new year

Most people are actually weaker pulling sumo. Its a shorter ROM, but typically with worse leverages.
